輪胎殼的質量標準:

(a) This grade casing has not been previously retreaded, remoulded nor repaired with a section. (b) This grade casing has at least 1/32" of original groove tread depth remaining. (c) This grade casing has not been regrooved. (d) This grade casing do not contain the followings: : 1 Significant weather checking 2 Damage requiring a major section repair 3 More than 2 nail holes in Nylon tire casing and more than 1 nail hole in Radial tire casing. 4 Penetrating injury is less than 3mm. 5 Obvious run-low conditions 6 Tread skid 7 Deep tread cutsby sharp rocks, glasses, metals, etc. for damaging nylon or steel cords. 8 Excessivesidewall abrasion or damage. 9 Sidewall ripples or bulges 10 Bead damage or deformity 11 Circumferential cracking around the bead area 12 Separation |

This grade casing may contain some of the conditions mentioned below, but it is very limited and also not more than 2 conditions: 1 Casing with no remaining tread depth 2 Previously repaired nail holes 3 Deep tread cuts within the allowable limit 4 Section repair required 5 Maximum 4 nail holes but not grouped together in nylon tire casing and maximum 2 nail holes in radial tire casing. 6 Penetrating injury is less than 6mm. 7 Minor damage on sidewall and /or shoulder (rubber only) within the allowable limit, but no damage to fabric or steel cords 8 Damage on rubber in bead area, but no damage in bead wire itself 9 All other conditions are same as Grade "A" casing |

This grade casing (so called once recapped casing) has been previously recapped by full or top and may contain some of the followings: 1 Previsouly repaired damage within the allowable limit 2 Tread cuts in rubber area within the allowable limit 3 Skid within the allowable limit, but underlying fabric and steel are not exposed 4 Sidewall damage in rubber area only 5 All other conditions are same as Grade "A" casing |
